Our brookies are made 100% from scratch, no baking mixes, just simple ingredients. The brownies are made with Ghirardelli chocolate with chocolate chip, with a chocolate chip cookie on top.
Cookie choices are: Chocolate chip or peanut butter.
Holiday cookies are: Hot cocoa (chocolate cookie, with white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows), butterscotch chip, or gingerbread.
The pans can be re-warmed in the oven, or toaster oven. or air fryer on low for 1-2 mins. If you prefer the microwave, pop the brookie out of the pan place it on a microwavable plate, and heat for 10 seconds.
Brookies can be ordered in the pan: Individual 1-2 Small Qty 5 Medium Qty 8 Large Qty 10
The pan measures 5.25 L x 1.5 H x 3.75W
